Qualify for the Boston. A 3:10 is looking a little tough right now but I know it can be done.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Maybe do an Ironman
Ultra Marathon
Personal:
I started running my junior year of highschool. I ran the Mt. Sac Invt. twice. The last time I ran it I got a 19:09which isnt vey fast but if you know the course you know its not easy. That is a PR of mine for the 5k distance
I ran my 1st marathon at 17 The LV marathon. I ran a 4:42 I could have improved that if I actually trained for it. The farthest I ran before that race was a 12 miler. Im sure it wasnt the best choice but I wanted to run a Full before i was 18. the next year i ran the LV half 07. I ran a 1:45 not bad but room for improvement. I fell out of the loop after my dad stopped running. And have just gotten back into it.
I plan to run the Havasu half under 1:40 maybe even faster but i have bout 8 weeks of training to do this.
Ran another 6 at the gym on the track. This time i ran it in 45:27. Right around a 7:30 pace which is good for me going 6 miles. I will continue to increase the mileage and my times.
Ran today outside. It was cold windy and not that good of a run felt like crap, not muscle wise my stomach was upset the whole run. Ran still bout 8:00-8:15 pace
